Are you aged 60 or above?
Interested in volunteering for 45 to 60 minutes?
We are interested in exploring the relationship between life-time cumulative stress and age-related cognitive decline. During the study, you will first be completing a computer-based memory task. You will then be asked to fill out questionnaires that will provide estimations of lifetime stress. We will also be asking you about a number of lifestyle habits and how they may have changed during your life, such as diet, sleep and exercise.
The study should take approximately 45 – 60 minutes to complete and will require a visit to the Colchester campus of the University of Essex. You must be aged 60 or above to participate and have no medical history with memory or cognitive impairment.
