A weekly group – come along and make new friends from your local community, have fun and get active! The Bandstand Cliff Park, Main Road
Clacton IT Club
Learn to make the most of today’s technology. Get help in using the internet on your phone, tablet or computer. Drop in to join us each week on Monday afternoons. On the first Monday each month we look in depth at one aspect of using the internet.
Harwich Circuit Class
A 30 minute circuit class with a qualified instructor. With each exercise to set a specific time you work as hard as you can without affecting anyone else in the class, and you can progress at your own pace. Our instructor will show you how to use the machines, and make sure you are using correct, safe technique throughout. Each session finishes with a cool down and stretching to help you recover and prevent injury!

Swimming for the Over 50’s
Gentle exercise to increase mobility, health and fitness for people who may feel isolated or those with limited mobility who need to be more active.

Come along, meet new friends and enjoy having a knock about on the tennis courts. Racquets & balls available or you can bring your own. Advice on hand for anyone wanting to improve their play. Refreshments available from the Waterfront.

A 30 minute Health Walk for all abilities. If you find it difficult to get active, why not start walking? It’s really easy to get started, you don’t need any special equipment – and the best of all, it counts towards your recommended amount of physical activity.
Walton IT Club
Get help with using the internet on your phone, tablet or computer. Computers supplied. Bring your own tablet, laptop or phone. Help will be on hand in a friendly and relaxed environment. On the first Wednesday each month we look in depth at one aspect of the internet.
Drop in free IT sessions including help for beginners, for job seekers, and searching for volunteer opportunities. Bring your own laptop, tablet or use one of our PC’s. Sessions are run by our trained volunteers. You do not need to book, however spaces are limited and at busy times will be offered on a first come first served basis.
